Invite your partner to help manage LumiWed

You do not have to build the whole wedding site alone. The primary admin can invite one partner to share the same LumiWed workspace. 1. Open Settings. 2. Find Workspace, then Invite partner. 3. Add your partner’s email address and send the invitation. 4. Your partner opens the email and signs up with that same address. 5. Once they accept, both of you can work on the wedding website from your own LumiWed accounts. While the invitation is pending, you can resend it or cancel it if the address needs changing. After access is active, the primary admin can remove the partner or make them the primary admin from the same Settings area. Only the primary admin can send, cancel, remove, or transfer partner access. Removing access does not remove that partner’s profile details from the wedding editor.

Choose public, invite-only, or temporarily hidden access

You can choose how open or private your wedding site should feel, and you can hide it temporarily without undoing your work. Public or invite-only access: 1. Open Settings and find Privacy mode. 2. Leave Invite-only access off when anyone with your wedding URL may view the site. 3. Turn it on when only invited guests should be able to unlock the site. Privacy mode is a Premium feature. In private mode, guests can unlock the site through their personal invitation link and email, or by entering their invite email and invite code on the locked page. Each invited guest needs an email for private access to work. After verification, LumiWed remembers that guest on the device for later visits. Temporarily hide a live site: 1. In Settings, find Site visibility. 2. Turn on Hide wedding site. The wedding URL and invitation links will show a short unavailable message. 3. Keep using Preview in your dashboard while you make changes. 4. Turn Hide wedding site off when you are ready. The published site becomes visible again without another publish.

What is included in Free and Premium?

LumiWed has a useful Free plan and one Premium upgrade for the whole wedding. Premium costs €59 once. It is not a monthly subscription. Free includes - the full site editor - up to 50 guests - up to 2 guest languages - RSVP management, including plus-ones and reminder emails - the photo gallery - a custom welcome message for your guests - 4 themes: Classic Gold, Garden Sage, Wildflower Meadow and Terracotta Sun - a random lumiwed.com web address - invitations and translations that wait in a shared queue before they go out - a site that stays online for 1 month after the wedding Premium adds - up to 1000 guests - every guest language LumiWed offers - all 11 themes - a personal web address, for example your names - invitations that send immediately - translations that run immediately and faster - privacy mode, so only invited guests can open your site - hiding sections and schedule moments for guests who read your site in a particular language - inviting only some guests to a schedule moment, such as a welcome dinner - the vendor pack, a summary spreadsheet for your caterer, venue or planner - automatic RSVP reminders: three friendly nudges for guests who have not replied - a site that stays online for up to 12 months after the wedding Upgrading Open Settings, find Account status, and choose Upgrade to Premium. Stripe handles the payment and your payment details. LumiWed does not store your card information. If you are already Premium, the same area opens your Stripe invoices.

Delete your account and your wedding website

You can delete your LumiWed account yourself, whenever you want. It removes your wedding website and everything in it straight away, so we ask you to confirm it first. 1. Open Settings. 2. Find Workspace, then Delete account. 3. Select Delete account. 4. Type your wedding website name where asked. This is the name part of your address, so for ana-and-rob-2027.lumiwed.com you would type ana-and-rob-2027, without .lumiwed.com. Selecting the box just above the field copies it for you. 5. Select Delete permanently. Everything goes at once: your wedding website and its address, your guest list, every RSVP, your photos, and all translations. Your account is closed and you are signed out. There is no recovery window, and we cannot bring any of it back afterwards, so please export anything you would like to keep first. Settings, then Workspace, then Download data gives you a full copy of your workspace. If you plan together with a partner, they lose access at the same moment. We email them to say the workspace and wedding were deleted by the account owner. Their own LumiWed account stays open, so they can start a new wedding website whenever they like. If you only want your website out of sight, you do not need to delete anything. Settings, then Publishing, then Site visibility lets you take the site private, and your content stays exactly as it is.
